Where It All Began
Over 70 years ago, our family opened Sadie’s of New Mexico in the heart of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Our goal was simple: to share the authentic flavors of New Mexican cuisine with our community.
What began as a small, family-owned restaurant quickly became a beloved spot for locals to enjoy a night out. Our signature dishes became the talk of the town, such as our specialty enchiladas and famous chips and salsa.
As Sadie’s reputation grew, our customers couldn’t get enough of the bold flavors that made our dishes special. People came from far and wide to sample our dishes, they loved our quality ingredients and spices. That’s when the idea for Loma Vista Products was born.
Starting Loma Vista Products
Loma Vista Products was born from a desire to bring our signature Southwest flavors to kitchens nationwide. We wanted to share our bold flavors with families who may not have a local Sadie’s around the corner or the comfort of nearby authentic Southwestern restaurants.
Today, many of the ingredients used in our own Sadie’s kitchens—like our chile powders made from Hatch Valley chiles—are sourced directly from Loma Vista Products.
With over 30 years of retail and wholesale experience, Loma Vista Products now serves as a bridge between the culinary traditions of New Mexico and homes far and wide.
